Sweet spaghetti in cold Chocolate-Irish sauce, strawberries, pecans and pistachio

1 kg spaghetti
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Irish cream
Juice from 1 orange
1 cup (190 g) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
12 sliced strawberries
Roasted pecans to taste
Roasted pistachios to taste
Preparation
Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
While the spaghetti is cooking, in a small saucepan with a thick bottom, bring the cream to a boil and whisk in the orange juice. In a heat-proof bowl, put the chopped chocolate and then pour the hot cream and cold Irish on it. Wait about 1 minute until the chocolate melts and whisk until you get a smooth cream.
Strain the prepared spaghetti and mix with the chocolate sauce. Sprinkle the fresh strawberries and roasted nuts on top and serve immediately.
