I received a box of chocolates, should I keep it in the refrigerator?
No, the ideal temperature for optimal preservation of chocolate is 16-23 degrees.
When the chocolate is in a place where the temperature is higher, it will melt, while at a lower temperature a white, hard layer will form on it, so it is recommended to store it in a cool, dry place.
When will the shipment arrive?
We do our best to get the shipment to its destination in the fastest time. Delivery times can be checked in the shipping policy.

Does the courier make contact before he arrives?
Absolutely. Every delivery is coordinated in advance by phone with the recipient.
Are the products kosher?
Yes, all of our chocolate products are kosher under the supervision of the Badatz Rabbinical Association and the Chief Rabbinate of Beit Shemesh – Chalav Yisrael.
Do you have fur products?
We have products that do not contain milk, but they are still defined as kosher as dairy.
Do the products contain gluten?
Our products are manufactured in an environment where gluten is also used, so they may contain gluten residues. We recommend that anyone with allergies or sensitivities consult before consumption.
Is it possible to make a reservation for a specific date?
Yes, you can request a specific date during the booking process.
I have a BUYME voucher. How can I pay with it?
You can place an order using a voucher on the same day by calling the reservation center at 1-700-70-88-77.

Most of our packages come pre-packaged and ready, but you can always talk to us and we'll be happy to see how we can customize the package for you.
