Request to Cancel a Transaction and Return Products

You may cancel a transaction and request a return within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving confirmation of the transaction (whichever is later).
Returns will be accepted provided the product has not been used
and is returned in its original packaging, intact and free of defects.
To maintain product quality and in accordance with the law, the following items cannot be returned:
a. Food products: All types of chocolates, candies, and other consumable products considered perishable.
b. Products custom-made at the customer’s request, or specially customized packages.
c. Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be resold, particularly hygiene-related products or

 Food items that are considered perishable.
D. To return the product, you must visit one of our branches after receiving approval from customer service. If you would like us to arrange a pickup,
you may be charged a shipping fee for the pickup.
