Non-returnable products
In order to maintain the quality of the products and according to the law, the following items cannot be returned:
A. Food products: all types of chocolates, sweets and other consumer products that are considered perishable products.

A. In case of cancellation of a transaction, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 (whichever is lower)
