Bubons of chocolate-banana cake

Preparation

1. Prepare the banana cake: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. In a large bowl mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the butter and cream into a smooth mixture. While stirring, gradually add in the sugar, egg and rum.

3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture to the banana bowl and stir to a smooth mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.

4. Pour the batter into the baking sheet, put in the oven, lower the temperature to 150 160 degrees Celsius and bake until the cake is reduced and browned, about 40 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool and cut it into small squares about 2 years in size. Cm.

5. Prepare the chocolate glaze: In a small bowl mix the gelatin and water and let stand for 3 minutes until all the water is absorbed.

6. In a small saucepan bring the cream to a boil, whisk the gelatin into it and continue whisking until the gelatin is completely melted. Add a pinch of nutmeg.

7. In a heat-proof bowl, put the white chocolate, pour the hot cream over it, wait about 1 minute until the chocolate melts and mix into a smooth cream.

8. Assemble the bonbons: one by one dip all the squares of the cake in the chocolate icing, and place on baking paper to cool. Dip again, garnish each square with a slice of dried banana and let the chocolate cool and harden before serving.
