Chocolate fondue

Preparation

1. In a small saucepan bring one cup of cream to a boil along with the chili, nutmeg and cinnamon. In a heat-proof bowl, put the dark chocolate and pour the hot cream over it. Wait about 1 minute until the chocolate melts and stir until you get a smooth ganache.

2. Now bring the second cup of cream to a boil, and pour it into a bowl containing the white chocolate. Wait until the chocolate melts, add the sherry and mix well.

3. To keep the chocolate warm and liquid for about an hour, serve each sauce in a bowl placed in another bowl with boiling water, or place the bowls on top of a heating device over a candle. In the chocolate fondue it is recommended to dip: marshmallows, nuts, soft dry cake or fresh, candied or dried fruit.
