1 cup of water
10 mint leaves
About 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and grated
5 cloves
10 teaspoons plain yogurt
1 cup (40 g) white chocolate chips
20 ice cubes
8 tablespoons of honey
2 peeled mangoes
Juice from 1 lemon
Preparation
In a small saucepan bring to a boil the water with the mint leaves, ginger and cloves. Remove from heat and let cool for at least 1 hour.
The cooled water is drained into the bowl of the blender (what is left in the colander is thrown away), add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve very cold.
