1 glass of skimmed milk
2 cups (300 g) chopped white chocolate
4 bags of chai
2 cups boiling water

Preparation

In a small saucepan bring the milk to a boil. In a heat-proof bowl, put the white chocolate and pour the hot milk over it. Wait about 1 minute until the chocolate melts and mix well.
In a large teapot, blanch the tea bags in the boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove the sachets and whisk the chocolate sauce into the tea. Serve immediately
