You can cancel a transaction and request a return of a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or receipt of transaction confirmation (whichever is later).
Returning the product will be possible provided that it is not done in
Used and will be returned in its original packaging, intact and without defect.
In order to maintain product quality and by law, the following items cannot be returned:
A. Food products: All types of chocolates, sweets and other consumer products that are considered perishable products.
B. Products that are custom-made at the customer's request, or specially adapted packages.
C. Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be resold, especially when it comes to hygiene-related products or products
